Resiliência nas cadeias de suprimentos:

Um panorama dos estudos atuais no contexto da Covid-19

Resumo

Objetivo: O objetivo deste artigo é caracterizar, através de uma revisão sistemática da literatura científica, a resiliência nas cadeias de suprimentos e como esta pode contribuir em contextos de pandemia como a Covid-19

Metodologia: Foi conduzida uma revisão sistemática na literatura nas bases de dados Web of Science e Scopus, para identificação da literatura científica acerca das temáticas de resiliência nas cadeias de suprimentos, no contexto da Covid-19. A análise inicial foi realizada por meio do Software VOSViewer com a construção de redes bibliométricas de co-ocorrência das palavras. Posteriormente com o auxílio do software WebQDA foram realizadas buscas textuais no sentido de restringir o corpus de análise, resultando 19 artigos.

Conclusões: Dentre as capabilities de resiliência na cadeia de suprimentos, a colaboração teve maior destaque. Artigos que envolvem a temática das compras e aquisições neste contexto ainda são escassos, sendo apenas cinco dos dezenove trabalhos finais diretamente relacionados à esta etapa da cadeia de suprimentos

Limitações/Implicações da Pesquisa: Publicações no contexto da Covid-19 são crescentes, e o estudo fica limitado à data de coleta das informações, sendo portanto necessário uma atualização constante em trabalhos com este escopo.

Implicações Gerenciais: Permite aos gestores um panorama sobre os fatores que podem auxiliar as organizações a se tornarem mais resilientes em situações imprevisíveis como a pandemia da Covid-19.

Originalidade: Propomos um framework com os principais fatores que podem auxiliar a termos uma cadeia de suprimentos resiliente, que possa retornar ao seu estado de origem o mais rápido possível após sofrer uma grande perturbação.
