This study aims to identify and categorize strategies based on neuroscientific evidence applicable to people management. This approach aims to contribute to both theoretical advancement and practical applicability of Neuroleadership in organizational environments, establishing a solid foundation for its development as a scientific discipline. In this sense, a search was conducted in eight databases (Web of Science, Science Direct, Scopus, Springer, Wiley Online, Sage, Taylor & Francis online, and Google Scholar). Thus, 27 studies were included in the review. As a result, this review brought advances in knowledge about neuroleadership applied to people management, offering both theoretical and practical contributions. Theoretically, the research systematized the state of the art at the intersection of neuroscience, leadership, and organizational management, mapping relevant neuroscientific equipment and integrating fundamental concepts of behavioral neuroscience, self-awareness, and adaptive leadership. Furthermore, it identified nine practical strategies based on neuroscientific evidence, this structuring offers a robust conceptual framework for future organizational investigations and interventions.
