Given the wide diffusion of the Triple Helix approach in Brazil in academic, business and governmental spaces in the last twenty years, associated with the emergence of varied concepts and models, it is understood that there is a need for a work in Portuguese that broadly address university-company-government relations so that the understanding of the subject is deepened, allowing for the best use of tools aimed at achieving technological development, innovation, and the consequent economic development.
To this end, the Triple Helix Research Group (http://www.triple-helix.uff.br), a research group based in the Graduate Program in Administration at the Fluminense Federal University (PPGA/UFF), in partnership with other entities, is proposing the elaboration of a book in the format of a collection of chapters in which the central themes of this theme will be discussed in light of the Brazilian reality.

We are receiving works in a continuous flow for the September/2020 and January/2021 editions.
We take the opportunity to inform you that the editorial staff of RASI is making adjustments to the submission and evaluation processes in order to improve the editorial flow of the magazine. Our goal is to facilitate submission and expedite the review of manuscripts and responses to authors.
As of June 1st, the magazine will only receive works that use the formatting standard available on the magazine's website. Please, read the submission session.

Read more about CASI 2019A RASI convida autores latino-americanos e da península ibérica que tenham publicado e apresentado seus trabalhos nas edições da International Triple Helix Conference, realizadas em Manchester (2018) e Cidade do Cabo (2019), para contribuírem com seus trabalhos em vistas da construção de um painel sobre as relações UEG. Adicionalmente, outros autores que trabalham sobre a temática estão convidados a submeterem seus trabalhos.
O número está sendo organizado pelo Triple Helix Research Group (THERG-Brazil – http://www.triple-helix.uff.br) em parceria com a Triple Helix Association (THA) e será composto de pelo menos 6 (seis) artigos, com foco nas temáticas abaixo, não excluindo outros trabalhos na temática da Triple Helix:
- Colaboração universidade-empresa, inclusive com estudos de caso, casos para ensino e artigos tecnológicos;
- Ambientes e ecossistemas de inovação (ecossistemas; incubadoras de empresas; parques científicos, tecnológicos e de inovação; áreas de inovação; distritos de inovação);
- Análises sobre sistemas de inovação (nacional/regional) e políticas de C&T&I, avaliação de políticas públicas e indicadores em ambientes inovadores;
- Desenvolvimento econômico regional com ênfase ou base em inovação;
- Venture Capital e empreendedorismo inovador; educação empreendedora e educação para a sustentabilidade; e
- O papel da universidade no século XXI e a universidade empreendedora.
Cronograma:
- Lançamento da chamada: 25 de setembro de 2019
- Envio dos trabalhos completos: até 31 de dezembro de 2019
- Retorno dos avaliadores: até 10 de março de 2020
- Envio de versão final para publicação: até 15 de abril de 2020
- Previsão da publicação: 1º maio de 2020 (dependendo do número de trabalhos alguns podem ser publicados posteriormente)
Para os artigos completos os autores devem seguir as instruções para a submissão fornecidas pelo periódico em http://www.rasi.vr.uff.br. No campo ‘Comentários do Autor' indique que a sua submissão é para o número temático: relações universidade-empresa-governo. São aceitos artigos científicos e tecnológicos, casos de ensino e estudos de caso entre 6.000 e 9.000 palavras. Para as submissões oriundas das conferências não será cobrada a taxa de processamento (APC) em função de parceria entre o THERG-Brazil e a THA.
