It was found that there was progress in understanding the theme, emerging "approaches and tools" that can be characterized as organizational innovation. As well as, a series of gains, from the use of this innovation, were verified, among them, the increase of the operational efficiency, stimulating the culture of innovation, restructuring of the management and procedures, and expansion of the satisfaction of the collaborators and other Stakeholders.
