Resumo

Industria 5.0 é o termo recentemente empregado na literatura para discutir as novas tendências da fábrica do futuro, onde humanos e robôs compartilharão, de forma colaborativa, o mesmo ambiente de trabalho. Por tratar-se de uma discussão recente, lacunas teóricas apontam a necessidade de aprofundar as discussões sobre esse novo ambiente. Frente a este cenário emerge uma questão de pesquisa: Quais os desafios gerenciais do novo cenário do trabalho colaborativo humano-robô na Indústria 5.0? O presente artigo foi elaborado com o objetivo de apresentar os principais desafios gerenciais para o trabalho colaborativo humano-robô no novo cenário da Indústria 5.0. Utilizou-se uma abordagem qualitativa, por meio de um estudo exploratório, através do método dedutivo, com procedimento e técnicas de pesquisa bibliográfica. Como resultado, foi elaborado um framework conceitual apresentando os principais desafios gerenciais no ambiente da indústria 5.0, além de apresentar contribuições acadêmicas e gerenciais. As implicações práticas residem na necessidade de os gestores conhecerem e as adaptarem a esse novo cenário de desafios gerenciais. Ao final são apresentadas as limitações e recomendações para a realização de futuras pesquisas.
